More About Me
Volusia County Resident - Born and Raised in DeLand, FL As a third generation Floridian, Sonni started in real estate in the 1980's and took a break to raise her 3 children and help start up and run a family business. In 2009, she came back to real estate - right after the big crash - and found her calling to assist people in the short sale process which allowed them to avoid foreclosure. Since then she has over 100 short sale transactions under her belt. She now looks forward to helping these same clients rebuild their credit and purchase their next home.
As a Baby Boomer herself, she is very interested in helping seniors with their specific Real Estate needs. Through all special Real Estate transitions, Sonni has expert insight and experience, whether you are a first-time home buyer or you are looking to settle in your forever home. As a problem solver and great communicator, Sonni doesn't let obstacles get in the way and follows through on every stage of the transaction.
She loves spending time with my family, especially her 7 granddaughters! Her and her husband, Clayton, enjoy boating the Saint John's River or cruising the shores of the Intercoastal. Any time she can fit in a camping trip she will! A Volusia County resident herself, she lives within walking distance of Stetson University and Downtown DeLand and would love to acquaint you with the many community functions and festivities DeLand, Florida has to offer.
